Trader Vinnie’s Tiki Pub: Dry Open.
My tiki bar is both an homage and an insult to the Polynesian Pop of the 1950-60s. It is very much my kind of destination, complete with a Doctor Who Tardis that will be a crushed ice caddy, a set of Portal 2 coasters and a variety of tiki mugs and pint glasses. There’s even the calender from the Skinny Dipping Report. The bottles are currently empty, my cabinet will be stocked before I host my first luau of course.
It’s not even done yet! More tin signs, some pin-up girl paintings, more barstools and a BBQ still need to be installed before I even consider this done. But as far as I’m concerned, Thank God the Tiki Pub is open.
