Cocktails! Maita’i means “good” in Tahitian. Of all the versions I’ve sampled (and I’ve sampled a few) this one truly lives up to its name. The recipe was a gift from a lovely bartendress at a now closed hotel lobby bar on Maui. Mahalo, Auntie!
